First time this has happened: got an EBS saying earthquake warning of a major quake and THEN everything started shaking. 5.2 near Julian, CA is what USGS is saying

I'm in SoCal about 50 miles N of Julian and it gave the house a good crunch. Didn't last long, but it was loud. Anyways, I didn't even know this was a thing - EBS for quakes - and it was weird to get it BEFORE the shaking started

I am south near the border. Def a abrupt "crunch" of the house. Funny I got the EBS after. Maybe because I'm de-googled lol
