And at all of the Birth Cert/Death certificate offices, these aren't staffers who change politics to match the current administration. If someone is a blue blooded Dem in the ID office (our DMV in Ohio), they are going to do what they want regardless of who is in place. We are at the mercy of each individual's scruples.
