A very timely article and post considering at 1am this morning, SCOTUS blocked President Trump's deportations under the Alien Enemies Act.

Only Alito and Thomas dissented.

This is a subject that is not talked about enough. Aside from the great Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, we have a very, very serious problem on our Supreme Court and I do not believe it's limited to just John Roberts.
