I recall seeing a "drone sub" graphic the Soviet's had. Essentially with no people, you could put a nuke on it, park it outside a countries border, and drive/ detonate it underwater, but the resultant tsunami would look like an act of nature. You have to wonder if the Deep State did that with Fukushima & Sumatra, and has yet another trick up their sleeve. Ghislane did have a submarine company, and all our money to work with.
