If you'd rather not talk politics w/ your Leftist relatives this Easter, here's a tactic to try.

Because Lefties can't help themselves, when (not if) they crap on Trump or anything MAGA is doing to correct the course of this great nation, gently but firmly tell them:
"There's only room this Easter for one religion, and it's not your political ideology or mine or anyone else's. I'll be glad to take it up with you again on Monday, but today we're celebrating what Jesus did for us."
If they can't abide by that, quietly and peacefully find the door. It's what Jesus did.
Happy Easter, Everyone. He is risen!
And that's okay. Jesus wasn't welcome everywhere, and neither should his followers be.
I was saved in August of 2003. At the time, I had been listening to a lot of Wretched Radio w/ Todd Friel. His Witness Wednesdays, wherein he used Ray Comfort's approach to evangelizing, using the Ten Commandments to help people recognize their need of a savior, was always a favorite of mine.

That Christmas, after the festivities at my sister-in-law's place had begun to die down, I saw an opening w/ my niece and nephew, both of whom were in their early teens at the time.
I took them through the Law, and they answered my questions, more out of genuine curiosity than anything else. Clearly, they had never heard the Gospel presented like this.
When I finished, my sister-in-law's husband told us that I would never again be allowed to share anything about my faith in his house again. I told my wife that, if Jesus wasn't welcome there, we weren't either. And so we left, my wife in tears.
Months later, I brought an olive branch to him and his wife, my sister-in-law, telling them that I meant no disrespect to either of them when sharing, and that I'll never do it again.
But despite the temporary heartache of that day, I was faithful to plant the seed of the Gospel in the minds and hearts of my nephew and niece that day.
There will always be a cost to sharing Jesus in this sin-cursed world. May we never fail in being faithful to share who He is with others.
Thanks for reading. Happy Easter!
