Confirmed in Family Law Courts (County Municipal Service Corp) in Santa Clara, San Diego, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Nevada Counties from my own litigation and others reporting. District Court of N California confirmed no Obama/Biden judges have oaths and something questionable going on with magistrate judge appointments. One 9th Circuit judge (SF location) confirmed (so far) no oath (refuses to show it). Others have confirmed Dem state Reps and others have no oaths. CA state AG (cartel agent) and Treasurer (CCP agent) have no oaths.
Wow. That is some scary insane info. How can a judge even take the bench without taking the oath first?
Hey, on that note: could this be why we've seen every PDJT high-level appointee being sworn in on TV at the White House? I don't recall seeing so many such ceremonies under past presidents. (SCOTUS justices, sure.)
Just wondering if there's a message being sent here, similar to the many executive orders being signed live in front of the media, to prove that there's no autopen involved...
How can a judge even take the bench without taking the oath first?
All aspects are not known, but states have been monkeying with oath details, requirements, and enforcement (or lack thereof) since 1989. Typically, a signed and notarized oath is required to be submitted and on file to be “properly executed”, especially where a bond is required (issued by insurance to cover public official malfeasance). I suspect that they rolled back bond requirements via fuckery, and then just failed to enforce oaths.
Note that removal of oaths is a KEY tenet of the Communist Manifesto (bullet point #7?).
