For Citizens and legitimate Visa holders only. Force airlines that flew illegals in for Biden to fly double the number back or revoke their rights to fly in US airspace and to land at US airports.
In the Philippines I know for sure, but in many countries if you are not allowed entry into the country the airlines are required to fly you back to country you flew in from even if you have no money.
So, suspecting someone of being an illegal immigrant is enough for a Terry stop. That means providing ID is required. If ID is not provided, that's a secondary charge and requires further investigation however almost everyone talks, gives their status. The second someone admits to not being in the US legally, the due process ends. There is no reason after admission to see a judge, or go through a hearing. It should be straight to a plane. Document the admission, fingerprint etc. And goodbye.
Due process only applies when the government will violate your rights - which usually amounts to incarceration or seizure of property. Deporting someone is not a violation of anyone's rights as long as they aren't a US citizen or US national (American Samoans), thus no due process is required.
Too logical for small minded demonrats and rinos
Due process is for citizens. Not illegal aliens. There - simple! 😁🇺🇲👍

Probably important for those who took the time to claim asylum & Biden’s online processing site.
