For Citizens and legitimate Visa holders only. Force airlines that flew illegals in for Biden to fly double the number back or revoke their rights to fly in US airspace and to land at US airports.

In the Philippines I know for sure, but in many countries if you are not allowed entry into the country the airlines are required to fly you back to country you flew in from even if you have no money.
