Chocolate eggs. Traditional treat for Easter in Italy, Europe. They are big because there is a present inside the Chocolate shell. Kinder surprise naturally with a present for a kid. Different makers offer different prizes. I got earrings once, the company marketing trick was that one lucky egg would hold golden earrings. Mine were regular but they smell very chocolaty and fun to wear
