Yes. Is that indicating they cut off the head of the human trafficking snake? It's interesting that it is right after the Pope dies, that the rabbit is no longer white.
The golden staff seen 1 second in has the following text (that I can mostly make out when blown up):
🟢 THE PRESIDENT'S OWN 👈 Horizontally around the perimeter
🟢 VIETNAM WAR 👈 Cascading in a spiral from the top downward
🟢 PERSIAN GULF WAR
🟢 IRAQ WAR 👈 This one may be centered for the camera 🤷♂️
🟢 WAR IN AFGHANISTAN
🟢 REVOLUTIONARY WAR
On top of the staff is the Capitol Rotunda.
Embossed / raised up from the lower half of the staff is 4, possibly 5 Presidential Seals evenly spaced around the staff.
At 5 seconds the golden whistles have the Presidential Seal and DJT signature visible.
At 17 Seconds we see the kid jumping hopscotch with the words "Creative, Helpful & Be Best" becoming clear at 18 seconds.
At 38 seconds you see a man with a white hat and white shirt that says "HELL" in the US Flag motif, with a partial image of President Trump raising his fist at Butler, PA when he said "Fight, Fight, Fight".
👆 Maybe it's something, maybe nothing. The golden / brass staff is the most peculiar to my semi-functional Asperger's brain.
The President's Own is the Marine Band. They were the first band to play in the White House - John Adams was president. The staff is most likely the band's drum major's staff, which makes it possible for every band member to see the major's directions. I would guess the whistles also belong to the drum major and are used to help signal directions to the band when marching. BTW, I imagine it's made of brass. I don't think Marine pay would stretch to golden drum major's staffs.
The drum major is the person who marches in front of the band and leads the marching, commencing to play and so on. I'm sure you've seen them in every parade you've ever watched. They often also wear a very tall hat, again so it's easier for, say, the tuba section in the back, to see them. The Marine Band is a big deal. You've probably heard of their most famous band director - John Philip Sousa. Yeah, that John Philip Sousa.
The biggest com that I see is the elimination of the white rabbit.

Ahhhh. Thanks for the explanation. I'm not familiar with any band equipment or decorations.
