Good thought. In my experience (living in Texas) the supervisor of anything dealing with illegals is a white guy that is bilingual. If you for example need 2 guys to do some work you have to get 3. No idea if it works that way for a hit, but it is that way for pretty much everything else. I have no idea if "Maryland Dad" was bilingual though.
