Yeah - if it is proven that MS-13 killed Rich it wasn't a robbery - it was a hit. MS-13 beats and stabs/chops people. They don't shoot someone and leave the money and ID. I don't believe they would shoot someone in the back (twice) either. They want to see the victim's face.

There is zero chance this wasn't a hit.
