From what I understand, DOJ isn't anywhere near fully staffed yet. Some hires can take months because of security clearance processes. She doesn't even have her comms person yet, it's a Garland holdover which is why she makes so many Fox News appearances. Things move slowly in bureaucracy. That said, patience is wearing thin.
