In the prophecies of Daniel the Beast (antichrist) will come from the Middle East which is mostly Moslem. The Islamic Messiah (Mahdi) in the Hadith (Islamic book of prophecy) will bring about a one world kingdom & destroy all other religions especially Christianity. He will make a 7 year Treaty with Israel, the 3rd Temple will be rebuilt, but he breaks the Treaty after 3 1/2 years & the Great Tribulation begins.
