Great stuff! This is how you get high quality cream without “natural flavor” and other crap. Use high quality butter (more yellow) wrapped in wax paper NOT foil to avoid aluminum poisoning (from leaching effect). Doing this with organic goat’s milk or RAW milk (when available) gets you a nutrient-rich result.
