I grew up in Portland, the city used to be nice up until I'd say about 2013 or so when I started noticing the homeless camps starting to pop up. It's not just the homelessness, it's how nasty and hateful all the people are. Like you cannot be left alone in that fucking city. You can't just go to work and mind your own fucking business because some ass wipe retard is going to try to fuck with you and stalk you and harass you. It's pretty much everywhere there. The people are rude as hell, they think nothing of making promises and then blowing you off on them, and they are all two-faced and shallow as fuck.
