Around 10 years ago, National Graphic did a doco on a cyber attack on the grid. They had actually used footage from those that recorded their plight during an actual blackout that had lasted 3 days. I’m not sure what city that was affected. Possibly NYC? They then intertwined it with actors to show a variety of scenarios and what dangers you could be presented with. The problem was no one can predict what will happen. But one thing was very glaring- people expected that the police, firies, paramedics, politicians would come to save them. Even the military. Think about how anyone can help millions of people in a city. They can’t. The YT one has been taken down or split up into 5 minute adverts but I found it on Rumble.
