Not chosen ! Thay belong to Satan.
" I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say that they are Jews and are not, but are lying—I will make them come and bow down before your feet, and they will learn that I have loved you." This passage refers to belivers in Christ.
Talmud and Torah are 2 very different things & I would bet that some of that religion follow the latter more & may still be worthy of this blessing passed down from Abraham. However, back around the time of Christ's resurrection & the 40 years after, many of those who were Jews became what we know of as the 1st Christians. ( Think about how many in that crowd would stay with the temple leaders who coaxed them to say "crucify him" especially after all the miracles that followed. You can bet that, in private, the bulk of even them repented in private & maybe outwardly acted the same but certainly told their children the truth) and that's of the crowd that shouted "crucify him!" What about the Hebrews working out in the field when that happened & etc? I would bet that the vast majority in that area became the early Christians. Maybe covertly so but in their hearts they knew the truth
Now Christ gave that warning to flee when Jerusalem was surrounded, which happened 40 years after his death. Now think about it. All those Jews at the time that were secretly Christian would have fled right? Maybe even some of them who weren't quite sure might have fled too right? Only those Hebrews who stubbornly denied who Christ was would have stayed, right? Those are the ones the history books tell us were slaughtered.
So the question is, who are these decedents of Abraham who as so blessed??? Well, 1st of all, I'm not sure all that still goes by bloodlines but if it does, then those Hebrew early Christians had children & their children had children & so on. You can bet the vast majority of them interbred within the Christian community, right? Why would they choose a wife of husband that wouldn't believe? That doesn't make sense. Genetically speaking, the Christian population in the middle east today has a higher percentage of Italian & Greek genetics than non Christians in that area & they have a small amount of Jewish DNA too. It's obvious to me that, they have the small amount of the Jewish DNA from the first Christians & over the 2000 years they have obviously interbred with other Christian areas. The Mediterranean was like a highway back then (& up to UK too) Also, it is rumored that Mary Magdalene, Joseph of Arimathea & others traveled to Britain, stayed there till Joseph passed & then settled in Southern France. There were others that traveled with them, of course. IDK how many of them have children, where & with who, but probably the local people, or at least would have over generations, etc etc. These are just the little bits that I happen to know but I would bet that by today, many (if not all) of the Christian communities of the world are probably the recipient of this blessing from Abraham.
Nevertheless, there are probably still some Jews too. (There were Jews in Persia & other parts of the world besides Jerusalem at that time) IDK. I have one friend who is Jewish and is also Christian (As he would say it)
Which god? Acts 7:43 - You have taken up the tabernacle of Molek and the star of your god Rephan, the idols you made to worship. Therefore I will send you into exile’ beyond Babylon.
Do you honestly think Jesus Christ would be okay with these?
Modern Israel, founded by the UN in 1948, is distinct from biblical Israel, though some claim continuity. Theologically, the New Testament reveals that true Israel is not defined by earthly borders or political recognition but **by faith in Christ **(Romans 9:6-8, Galatians 6:16).
Not much better but God's chosen though.
LOL ok
I think you're on the wrong website bro
LOL. I know it. Everyone yelled at me.

You have such great wisdom. Thank you. It makes a lot more sense than anything else I have seen.

Amen! We are Israel.
This is how my friend believes. True Israel is not the country.
You are right. We are now Israel. Most of the pastors I have talked to said the same.
You are so smart. Thank you.
You didn't call me a liar.
'course not. I read about those things too.
