In the northeast, Dominicans are the largest group of "immigrants" to these states. They refuse to integrate or give a damn about the American way of life and immediately sign up for food stamps and Medicaid. They are automatically given a work authorization (though very few work at a legitimate job) and a green card, which is the green light for benefits. They can't wait to make anchor babies and VD is rampant among them, but you won't hear anyone officially talking about it.
