I haven't yet found out who the judge for the prior crimes was, but he/she has the blood of this young paramedic on their hands. The only thing I can find as yet is that it was the Clay County (Kansas, MS) Prosecutor's office.

NOW she's got a bond of $1M set for her release. Cold comfort for the family of the young man she murdered just two days after her prior release.
