One minor point. This is yet another attack and discrimination against women. Generally speaking, a man doesn't change his birth name for marriage or divorce. Women usually change their name from maiden name listed on their birth certificate and social security card to their husband's last name. If she happens to become a widower or gets divorced and remarried to a different man, there is another name change. For Every single life / name change a woman has to jump through hoops to provide proof of who she is. That is completely unfair! I would almost consider a lawsuit for this reason alone. Needless to say, I won't be jumping through their hoops.
