Lobbying is the right to petition the government, although it's being abused by corporations and other large organizations. The questions is, "How can we limit it?" That would be like limiting freedom of speech, right?
I agree, but it’s not being done equally. A corporation can get what it wants by throwing money around. But if a group of citizens presents the government with a petition, a 1A right, signed by millions in all 50 states, but don’t infuse cash, then that petition would be ignored.
