I've said this before. "Trust Kansas" - or any of the others - could alternatively mean "trust that xxxxx will always do something bad". Kind of like you could trust 0bama was doing bad stuff, or Biden had dementia. If someone always does xyz you can pretty much that they will continue to do xyz.
