No where in this article does Shellenberger mention or accuse Pompeo at all. Zero mention.
Yes, he directly references the CIA and USAID, so no problem there, but the assertion in the X.com post is the creation of Real Robert.
I haven't pinned down the timing of the O'Keefe statement clip here, but there is NOTHING on the O'Keefe Media Group's twitter feed referring to this assertion that Pompeo colluded with Schiff and others.
In the clip here, O'Keefe's does not mention Pompeo either. Zero Mention.
He DOES mention "Sources close to the House permanent committee led by Adam Schiff covertly continued working out of a (air quotes) small room in Langley and he had access to raw logs and agencies like the CIA and the National Security Council"
This is what Inflooencers do. They fabricate their own claims, slap together seemingly (on the surface) related content, and then push it. They use sensationalism to advance a narrative, but provide no substantial sources or references, to their <ferquently dodgy> claims.
Sadly, you OP have added the falseness that this is O'Keefe's claim when there is NO SOURCE for that assertion.
Bias confirmation much?
To me, this X post looks very much like a X.com Inflooencer trying real hard to cash in on Jame's Okeefe's recent "This one scares me..." and "I'm not suicidal..." post, by trying to tie an old clip from O'Keefe in to an old interview with Shellenberger.
We know that some people believe and strongly cling to the belief that Pompeo is / was dirty and worked against Trump. There is some evidence and claims around that, but it is by no means a proven fact or belief.
Let's stick to facts, verifiable content, and well-sources claims. It's a better way to proceed than to simply follow what we want to believe.
False claim, OP. This is NOT according to James O'Keefe.
It is according to Real Robert, blah blah....
The Shellenberger interview is from 2 months ago:

No where does Shellenberger mention Pompeo. Zero mention.
The interview came at the same time as Shellenberger published his substack on the topic:

Ditto. For the stage OMG was setting, this is entirely too soon.
