Apparently there's a bill to destroy the 1st amendment about to be voted on Monday. HR 867 will fine and jail citizens who boycott Israel. Why would Mike Johnson even bring this to a vote? (twitter.com)

I've researched this and am against it, but can anyone show proof as to Israel's involvement in it? I'd definitely appreciate any assistance.
