I am buying papaya seed oil, pumpkin seed oil and pomegranate arils (or pomegranates), and kombucha. Any more I should add to the list? I have a nasty Candida flare up and I know the Big Pharma recommended prescription is not going to help with this. Already tried it before without success.

Boric acid suppositories are used for vaginal yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis. They work by lowering the pH of the vagina to help restore the normal flora. They can also be used prophylactically to maintain normal pH.
