There does not appear to be any other way at this point. Possibly, it will be two stages as follows 1. Suspension of Writ of Habeus Corpus for illegals (somewhat redundant since it is questionable whether they have it to begin with), and then 2. Suspension of Writ of Habeus Corpus for U.S. Citizens, especially judges and state officials violating EOs and Immigration Laws (if pushed to this point by judges). This looks like a trap to me, and should not be done until Stage1 is complete, imo. Doing it in Stage1 and accelerating deportations may make Stage2 un-necessary (A few people made examples of MIGHT be enough).
