Yes! Perhaps the idea I proposed quite a while ago, that U.S. military do a surprise all-out attack on all the cartel towns at one time, wiping out all males over the age of 18. Sure, some "innocents" would die, but how many innocent people die in the U.S. every year due to the cartel activity?
