I said in jest in another tread that we put Nancy in the Birdmans cage...San Fran being that place she represented for years...300 in the old and the directive requires expansion so just enough room for both houses of Congress and half the the judiciary should just about do it. Cases requiring capital punishment might end up Leavenworth with forgien offenders and black ops ending in GITMO.
