Catholic here, the image was hilarious and we all know it's not meant to be taken literally.
The "Catholics" who are upset are people who were most likely raised Catholic, left the Church and God, became liberal atheist morons, and now try to grab some claim on the faith by saying, "Well, I'M a Catholic and I thought it was very tasteless!" This coming from the same people who before this would mock and insult the Church or God left and right, who called for the doxxing and monitoring of Latin Mass attendees, who have been pushing us REAL Catholics to "accept" blessings of gay unions, birth control, abortion, transing of kids, women deacons and priests, and more.
Yeah, real Catholics either don't care about the image or thought it was funny and moved on with our lives like everybody else.

I wish, my very catholic neighbor is very upset at it. She threatened to build another Mary on the halfshell to decorate her yard.
