Video-recorded in-person signing with multiple witnesses is being done intentionally to prevent future claims of 1. Trump used autopen, and 2. AI was used to fake the video. This indicates that the EOs may be standing for some time and/or Trump may be C-I-C/President of Republic for longer than currently expected.
