TL;DR: If we’re all suddenly very concerned about this Real ID situation, why haven’t we all stood up and vehemently protested against it since day one? This has been a thing since 2005, but they kept delaying its enforcement date. Have you even considered the possibility that Trump knows this is a globalist program and is intentionally pushing it into the spotlight NOW to prep for 9/11-related declass and disclosure?
Do you seriously think that the Q team and Trump would allow an obvious globalist program such as this to go into effect without safeguards? What if it’s been altered behind the scenes and designed to fail? What if that major announcement he makes ends up terminating the program as a side effect? What happens when the crimes against humanity and children committed by Bush, Clinton, Obama, et al. are exposed? What if this program taking effect provides an opportunity for class-action suits that end up taking down the TSA and other unconstitutional agencies? These are all valid questions, aren’t they? To everyone who is panicking and saying this is the beginning of the “mark of the beast” system, you’re being blinded by low-level optics and countermoves. This movie (which isn’t even halfway through in my opinion) is NOT for us, it is for the normies. As much as I want things done now, that’s a bad thing to do because it’s short-term gratification in exchange for long-term loss and pain.

I hope the “government” , especially those “swing states” will have the same amount of enthusiasm for voter ID.
My personal opinion is, this is much ado about nothing. You're only handing the government the very pieces of paper they handed you in the first place. You're not giving them anything they don't already have on file. The ID you get is the same drivers license you have in your wallet right now, only it has a star on it.

If you watch this right now, it's already totally collapsing in on its self. I think it's like 87% of people who fly DO NOT have the "real ID" and it's causing a massive clusterfuck at every airport right now. They had to say early this morning that they're letting people fly without it, but they have to endure an extra layer of ball bag fondling. This is not going to last! It's a total and complete failure. People are raging that they had to wait hours at a shitty DMV to get this and pay for the privilege, yet they're letting people without it fly?! Yeah, just sit back and enjoy.
I actually believe it’s to make it near impossible for illegals to fly within the country. Trump is making it harder and harder for them to make a living in our country.

There's a reason it took this long to get it going. They waited until they needed it to cause a distraction.
There's far more nefarious shit going around, and has been for the past 25 years. Everything you fear about real id has already been accomplished lock stock.
The cell phone was the key and we've allowed it to unlock everything about ourself. Anything after is gravy for them.
