Epstein in my opinion is less severe. Yes, he procured sex with minors for powerful people, but as far as I know, no one is accusing him of sacrificing little babies to Moloch. There's a big difference there.
Interesting. I just assumed Epstein was aware if not also participating in the child torture/ sacrifice thing too. But you’re right pizzagate is even more depraved. It kind of fell together in one disgusting category in my head. Having sex with a child forcibly might as well have just killed the kid.
It's possible that Epstein was involved in that, and it's heavily implied by conspiracy theory sites that this is what was happening, but as far as I know, official sources have only admitted to him procuring post-pubescent minors for powerful people to have sex with. No human sacrifice involved as far as I'm aware. Both are bad, but the human sacrifice and torture of pre-pubescents, in my opinion, is worse. That's the difference between Epstein and pizzagate. There was this guy called MouthyBuddha that made a good video though connecting James Alefantis and Jeffrey Epstein and all the mutual friends of them.
that’s why the client list and the videos haven’t been released yet. Epstein procures the children for these pedos to do all sorts of depraved stuff to. How else could he black mail them?

It's certainly possible that Epstein did that, but what would be the problem with releasing at least the idea that he did that without releasing any names? It seems the only thing mainstream sources will say is that Epstein got underage girls for perverted older men to have their way with. It's a much different connotation than blackmail snuff videos. I'm okay with the speculation in the conspiracy theory community that Epstein was doing pizzagate related things, but none of that has been confirmed.
