I was thinking exactly this yesterday. when my frens were discussing pnut and Fred the raccoon "decapitation" comms.
Fred = FED = London
pNut = Pope = Vatican.
The news said that these two animals were euthanased by decapitation, but what vet does that?
Perhaps the two institutions of London city state and Vatican city state were "decapitated"
I'm pretty sure decapitated is a metaphor for the capstone. That's the stone with the eyeball on the $1 bill pyramid. So yeah, they lost their grip on the top.
