He is DS. Under his leadership, FEMA agents have plundered and stolen from disaster victims (Maui, California and North Carolina are 3 recent examples). These are not naturally occurring disasters, they are geo-engineered by HAARP and DARPA. They have also built internment camps with guillotines. While these camps have not been used yet, they were built for a purpose (to eliminate dissidents). Trump has been able to thwart their plan so far. He needs to eliminate FEMA totally in my humble opinion.
