All of them 100% believe that NO trafficked children ever came in across the open borders and that's just a disgusting lie that Trump spread to make Biden look bad. Those people pouring in were poor families looking for a better life and anyone who says different is just a racist who hates brown people.

They are in extreme denial that any child trafficking ever happened anywhere. The last 10-15 years of brainwashing on these people has worked to a terrifying degree.
They will never change their minds on this no matter how many tortured, trafficked children you try to show them. They'll insist it's all fake and AI generated and go right on hating Trump 24/7.
So: If the normies aren't going to believe it anyway, and will never allow people like Hilary Clinton to be arrested and charged and brought to trial, how much is all that filthy blackmail worth now?

The people I know- at least a couple of hundred friends, co-workers and family members - haven't budged an inch. They are all doubling down on the Trump hate and are practically in mourning for all the nice kind innocent people who are being rounded up and arrested solely for being brown.

You are both right. Here's how I mesh your observations together. For sake of analysis, segment the population into four divisions.
The following left-to-right axis isn't meant to be the traditional Left/Right divide. Rather it tracks according to one's attachment to the Mockingbird Media machine.
I - the forever lost 4-6% far left (once woke, never unwoke)
II - the center to center-left (MSM normies)
III - the center-right (FOX normies)
IV - the awake (those awake never go back to sleep)
A defining characteristic of II is that the members move as a unit. It is a steered, self-reinforcing group consciousness. Individual members seldom break free on their own. The many friends, family, and co-workers you speak of belong to II. I have my own set. They are locked in. They do not hop directly to IV.
As ZeroDeltaTango expresses, when faced with new information the more independent minded can hop from III to IV without requiring group approval. Individuals bubble off the mainstream one at a time. In my case it was watching Ted Gunderson lectures from the 1990s. I used to believe satanic ritual abuse was the reserve of the smallest fringes of weirdos, if it was real at all. The shocker was not just that it was common, and not just an organized cult, but practiced by the most powerful people in the world. From that awakening I was open to more.
My key point: When a III what drives change is the relationship between your mind and the evidence presented. When a II what encourages conformity is the harmony between what you think and what the cohort group thinks.

Q1. Under the influence of universities and media, has the Ultra Woke increased in size? I worry about that. The forever lost might currently be in the range of 8-10%. On the other hand, they've been taking themselves out with the death shots.
Q2. Does the Plan require further diminishment of group II? It would seem that it does.
Q3. What and who will steer group II out of its slumber? We have seen that wholesale election fraud is insufficient. The border invasion is not enough either. Frustrating, I know.
I place my money on the Covid vaccines. The death and injury rate is too high (but not so high!) to be easily covered up. It has affected nearly everyone. This weakens the narrative inside-out. People know something is very wrong but not yet admitting it openly. I think it requires their influencers to make it safe to discuss.
As to who, Cuomo's Tour of Shame is notable. My prediction: their treasured late night comedians will be playing a pivotal role in shifting opinions.
