In some cases, Biden was flying on AF1, or golfing, or vacationing at the time his auto-signature was applied to documents in Washington DC. There was no evidence that he authorized the use of his auto-pen. If Biden verbally authorized it on video, or gave written permission or even an email or text authorization, then it might be OK. Without any provable permission, there is no evidence that Biden was even aware his auto-signature was being used.
