Perhaps the people smoking and getting X-rays have mold, parasites and/or bacteria too. Could be the reason why some people smoke their whole lives but don’t get lung cancer. They might have other conditions but no cancer. Same thing with people getting cancer from the Covid vax. Not everyone who took the vax gets cancer.
