This will be an interesting battle. California will give any immigrant who wants one a tax ID#. CA considers them legal if they have a CA tax ID# and doesn't care if the federal government does not view them as legal. In CA's mind, they are a sovereign state and have every right to give immigrants their own state money if they want to.
On a topic that may not be related, but I suspect is, CA recently refused to strengthen the laws against sex trafficking children. The current law only protects some children in some circumstances, not all kids.
Our current CA attorney general has only prosecuted one human trafficking ring in all his years in office. He's made many busts, usually jointly with a local city/county agency, then fails to prosecute after the bust is made.
I think there is a reason that CA is inviting migrants into our state and giving them just a little money -- certainly not enough to live comfortably in a state as expensive as CA. Migrants are vulnerable people who are easily exploited by traffickers. And these vulnerable people are not protected by our government. I honestly believe the government is in on the trafficking rings.
CA was quietly conquered decades ago; the people were dragged into the slow boil that started there before most other states. It became the cabal's way of beta testing their policies before pushing them to other states. WA and CO were later editions to the party, but now just as strangled by illegitimate, hostile government.
The CA gov't is in on the immigration train, in on the drug crisis, in on CPS stealing children: you name the crime, the state's in on it.
So true. Thanks to the laws passed in the last couple of years, a teacher can convince a child they are the opposite gender and give the child guidance on how to get taken by CPS to a home that is trans-friendly -- and it is illegal for the school/district to stop the teacher. CPS gets a lot of $ for this placement and the child is brainwashed and exploited. It's very disturbing how the legislators have figured out how to get their tentacles on our children. And they got their tentacles around the migrant children decades ago.

Yeah, there's a big list. They spent billions on face masks for Covid from China, like a dollar/mask wholesale ... it was kickback city, but statewide. And the mental health spending, and and and ...
This corrupt man was icing on the cake for my family. Lived my entire 60 plus years in what used to be (and in most parts still is) a beautiful state. We are now Montana residents.
Should be a short investigation. Since they have openly been admitting they have been doing this for years. Is there anyone who doesn't know that California gives illegals benefits?
