Lots of ways to spoof IP, and using others networks. Harder than you think to identify who was on the CPU.
Anybody downloading child porn isn't that bright. On my old desktop I had downloaded some Captain Jack Sparrow software that changed your IP every time you went to a different web site. I probably need to put that on my laptop! Kek
