Why here? They're not Americans. Blacks are getting killed as well. This doesn't smell right.

No immigrant was ever an American. What is your point?

The blacks getting killed are imports from other east African nations, like Uganda and Zambia. They can at least return to their home countries. The blacks who are particularly at risk are those who associate with whites. Very dicey times.
