That would be awesome but they never do. They just warn with no repercussions. What should happen is the Committee Chair, after like a 3-strike out-of-order rule (due to 1st-Amendment) should be able to both remove the Rep from the floor, and if necessary kick them from that committee. Things would go a lot more smooth. Sh1t city and county councils have the public meeting law officer remove unruly people and even officers all the time around the US. Needs to happen in DC too!
