I think this will be interesting: Congress (for health purposes) left it for the FDA, CDC, HHS to define vaccines. I am far more interested in what Peter Navaro said two years ago. He said guardrails had been put in place in OWS and Pfizer ignored them. This was a bait and they fell into the trap and allowed piercing the vaccine immunity.
