+1 right! and then they get me wondering is the gene editing bioweapon platform part “biologics” when I do not need to be focussed on the definition as much as being focussed on what it does. Mod’s comment was great, they messed up and Pfizer / Moderna will fail at defending themselves: piercing the veil of product liability.
