Everyone keeps saying this

The military's job is not to do what the Supreme Court said can't be done

The president needs to stand on his Constitutional authority to exclude any aliens or any class of aliens from the country that he sees fit

The Judicial branch does not get to bully the other two branches - they are coequal - SCOTUS is supreme over courts, not over the Executive branch and the Constitution
