He was a prisoner from 1962 until 1990, how could he be personally responsible for these bombings? My definition of personal means he planted these bombs himself, it doesn't mean he ordered them. Winnie Mandela on the other hand could easily have done these things.

When you order bombings specifically against civilians then yes you are personally responsible....He was given a chance to renounce attacks and killings on civilians and he refused.....He's no fucking Saint. He's responsible....Winnie was busy giving orders to necklace her own people who didn't agree...Do me a favour.....🙄
