Think about how things have gone the last 8 years. One of the key points an astute observer taking in the 40,000 ft view sees is: the building of the narrative war and the public mandate.
It really took 4 years of Biden's ludicrous horror show of an administration to bring the main body of Americans to a place where they not only support the DJT agenda, but also appreciate (a lot of) it.
What's the lesson?
DJT and Team are enacting a long-term strategy to destroy not only the DS but also the international globalist Cabal order, and key to this strategy is the activation of the broader population (using things like the Q movement and other narrative deployments) and generation or direction of mainstream ideas, concepts and thinking.
If military tribunals are indeed coming, I don't expect to see them for at least another 18 months. There are STILL so many pieces of the whole puzzle, involving the political spectrum, the economic control, the cultural shift, the overwhelming of the corporate globalist media (almost done!) etc, to be put in to place.
It's 'the curse' of being anon and awake via Q to have both expectations and a sense of deeper things, and that means the wait (if that is what it is) is longer. By the time the military tribunals roll out (if they do), for most of the population, it will come as a surprise and a shock, while anons will have been through mountains of popcorn and be saying stuff like "Hey, I'm getting old here! Can we get a move on, please??"
In short, personally, I read this retruth by DJT as another little nudge in the direction of getting the public consciousness to the point where military tribunals are not only acceptable but demanded and supported.
So, not exactly "incoming" unless its a long trajectory. In other words, limit your (immediate) expectations.
All that said, its an AWESOME retruth, and encouraging, for sure. For SURE.
