What are you insinuating? Q literally told us they had to SHOW the people for the means to change. This is a war. It won't be clean. The risks for COVID/Biden were calculated against a full on NUKE exposing the Deep State out of the gate/mass arrest and the casualties from the riots/civil war would be far greater than what transpired.
