The difference is this system can be implemented without the need to win an election.
Animal welfare is important. It is a fair source of revenue for the ubi, which is 80% of the budget.
Property tax and UBI paid through consumer taxes.
Property tax, on property purchased with earned money is disgustingly communist. If you own property it is yours, not a means to beat you over the head to support civil servants and welfare parasites.
UBI, so some deadbeat contributes nothing to society and still gets gibs. That’s welfare all over again.
No landlords? How does that work? 99.9% of housing problems are solved if the turd world parasites are sent back. Are you saying everyone gets a free house? Which is then taxed?
Who builds the houses? What’s the incentive? Who pays for the land & construction?
Landlord charging rent is abusive, but government taking property tax by force for something you own is not abusive. Ok comrade.
