Brighton is the UK's 'gay capital'. This is going to be fun. As for Rotherham it'll be more gangraping business as usual.

Its a liberal town and a magnet for young people, especially runaways.
Its near the port of Newhaven for transfers to ships out at sea.
Its got a large gay community and a Pakistani mayor and the social life there is more or less a freak show.
Rotterdam and Amsterdam come to mind as well.
